Mas Cal Demoura

About the estate

The Mas Cal Demoura estate is located in Jonquières in the Languedoc region, covering a vineyard area of 16 hectares. The vineyards stretch across gravelly limestone and clay-limestone soils at the foot of Mount Saint-Baudille within the Terrasses du Larzac. A total of twelve grape varieties are cultivated, yielding naturally low quantities per hectare. The winery operates under organic and biodynamic guidelines, implementing a plot-specific approach to vineyard management. Harvests are conducted entirely by hand with rigorous grape selection, followed by gentle cellar vinification using indigenous yeasts.
