About the estate
The Caves de l’Estabel - Cabrières estate manages 380 hectares of vineyards located in a natural amphitheatre on the sunny foothills of the lower Cévennes in the Hérault region. The vineyard soils consist mainly of schist, set amidst vast expanses of garrigue and woods. The winemakers produce wines in three colours, including red, white and rosé wines. The portfolio features wines from the AOC Clairette du Languedoc, AOC Languedoc and AOC Languedoc Cabrières denominations.
