The Cave Coopérative La Fontesole estate is located in the Languedoc-Roussillon region in the municipality of Fontès at the foot of the Cévennes and produces wines under designations including AOC Languedoc. In cooperation with the local chamber of agriculture, plots are selected based on criteria such as soil quality, exposure, and vine age. The cooperative promotes agroecological practices to preserve biodiversity and soil health. The majority of its winegrowers are certified as Haute Valeur Environnementale, with additional members certified in organic agriculture or Terra Vitis. The resulting wines reflect the characteristics of the local terroir and are shipped directly from the property.
