About the estate
The Domaine de Blanville estate was founded in 1997 by Béatrice and Bernard Nivollet in Saint-Pargoire in the Languedoc region and is run as a family business today. The vineyards cover around thirty hectares within the protected designations of AOC Languedoc Grés de Montpellier and AOC Languedoc Pézenas. The winery operates according to organic and biodynamic agricultural principles and also holds the HVE certification. The portfolio includes parcel-selected wines as well as distinctive cuvées that are aged in stainless steel tanks or barrique barrels depending on the specific line. The estate's wines are currently exported to more than thirty-three countries.
