About the estate
The Domaine de Fabrègues estate was founded in 2005 by Carine Pichot in the heart of the Languedoc Terrasses de Pézenas appellation. Covering fifty hectares of vineyards, the winery practices parcel-by-parcel vinification to preserve individual terroir characteristics. The cultivated grape varieties include Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Cinsault, and Carignan. The blends are meticulously crafted to produce food-friendly wines intended for the table.
