Chateau de Paraza

About the estate

The Château de Paraza has been managed by the Danglas family since 2005 and looks back on a history dating back to the 17th century. The estate covers 75 hectares of vineyards in the Minervois wine region within Languedoc. The vines grow on clay-limestone soils and include both younger parcels and old vines that are more than 50 years of age. Cultivation follows sustainable and reasoned agricultural practices, holding a Level 3 Haute Valeur Environnementale certification. The winery focuses on mechanical soil management, avoiding chemical weeding, and preserving the surrounding biodiversity.
