About the estate
The family-run Domaine Parazols-Bertrou estate farms 45 hectares of vineyards in the Languedoc and was established in 2003. Located at the foot of the Black Mountain, the winery produces wines within the AOC Cabardès and AOC Minervois denominations. Drawing on a long family winemaking tradition spanning multiple generations, the estate is currently run by the parents and their children. The terroir features Carcassonne sandstone for the Cabardès wines as well as clay and limestone soils for the Minervois production. The entire property holds the Haute Valeur Environnementale certification for environmental practices since August 2018.
