About the estate

The Domaine de Monplezy estate has been cultivating vineyards on the terroir of Pézenas in Languedoc since 1734, located within a protected natural zone. The Sutra de Germa - Gil family manages the property in the fourth generation, farming thirty hectares of vineyards according to organic agricultural standards. The sun-exposed vines are influenced by the Tramontane and Mistral winds as well as the characteristic surroundings of the garrigue. The grapes are harvested by hand at full maturity and rigorously sorted to produce wines of distinct origin.
