The Domaine de la Sapinière is the only wine estate located within the city of Carcassonne, with a history tracing from Gallo-Roman origins to a contemporary renaissance. Run as a family business, François and Joséphine manage and develop the property alongside their daughter, Philippine. Despite surrounding urbanization, the estate offers views of the medieval city and produces wine in small quantities. Each bottle reflects ancestral know-how and a deep commitment to nature.
