The Domaine Rose et Paul estate dates back to 1780 and has been managed by the Foussat family across generations. It is located in the heart of the Malepère massif in the southwest of Languedoc, near Carcassonne. The estate spans 105 hectares of vineyards cultivated with grape varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Grenache, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir. The soils feature tertiary pebble terraces as well as quaternary clay-sandstone hillside plots. Farming practices focus on environmental respect to produce wines that authentically reflect the local terroir.
