The Domaine Castan manages 40 hectares of vineyards across four distinct soil types in Cazouls-les-Béziers in the Languedoc region. Established in 1993, the estate is currently run by the siblings Guilhem and Valérie Castan, continuing the work of their parents and ancestors. The vineyards and production operate under full organic certification, supported by regenerative agricultural practices. In addition to a historical cellar dating back to 1887, the property features an agricultural museum dedicated to the history of winemaking. The portfolio includes various protected designations of origin as well as traditional specialties such as Cartagène aged using the Solera method.
