The La Jasse Castel estate was established in 1997 and spans eleven hectares of vineyards in the Languedoc region. The property is situated at an altitude of 400 meters in Montpeyroux, featuring clay-limestone soils with volcanic stones. The grape varieties cultivated include Counoise, Carignan, Syrah, and Grenache, among others. The area benefits from significant annual rainfall originating from Larzac and summer storms that supply the vines with necessary water. The estate's wines are produced under the AOC Languedoc, AOC Languedoc Montpeyroux, and Pays d'Hérault IGP denominations.
