About the estate

Located in Languedoc in the heart of the Saint-Chinian appellation, the Domaine Saint Cels estate is run as a family operation spanning multiple generations. The vineyards extend across a patchwork of parcels featuring diverse soils such as schist, clay-limestone, and rolled pebbles. Cultivation follows organic farming methods with a strong focus on soil biodiversity and agroecological techniques. The grape varieties planted include Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Cinsault, and Carignan, alongside several white varieties. The wines are traditionally aged in stainless steel tanks or in barrels.
