The Domaine les Eminades estate was founded in 2002 and is managed by Patricia and Luc in Villespassans within the Languedoc region. The vineyards cover a diverse mosaic of terroirs across the AOC Saint Chinian and Pays d'Hérault IGP appellations. The grape variety portfolio includes classic varieties such as Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Cinsault, Carignan, and several white varieties, featuring old vine selections. The winery operates under certified organic and biodynamic agriculture with manual harvesting and traditional cellar practices. Vinification relies on spontaneous fermentation, minimal sulfur additions, and gentle maturation in large barrels or concrete vats.
