About the estate

The Domaine des Pradels - Quartironi estate is located in Languedoc and is run in the third generation by the siblings Magali and Guilhem Quartironi, whose grandparents founded the winery in 1950. Covering twelve hectares, the vineyards are situated on steep schist slopes at an altitude between 300 and 400 meters overlooking the Saint-Chinian valley. The cultivation features Mediterranean grape varieties such as Syrah, Grenache, and Carignan, which are used to produce red, white, and rosé wines. The estate has been organically farmed since 2012, with harvesting done entirely by hand. In the cellar, new oak barrels are avoided in favor of vessels such as sandstone jars and old foudres.
