About the estate

The Domaine Chateau Veyran estate is located in Causses et Veyran in the Languedoc-Roussillon region and covers 60.7 hectares of vineyards. The history of the site dates back through various epochs, with the current venture being established in 2019 by Raymond and Olivier. The vineyards are situated on stony plateaus and limestone hills with well-draining soils and prevailing winds. Cultivated grape varieties include Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Cinsaut, Carignan, Rolle, Roussanne, Viognier, and Merlot, producing wines under the AOC Languedoc, AOC Saint-Chinian, and IGP Pays d'Oc denominations. The winery follows environmentally responsible practices and utilizes modern cellar equipment for gentle vinification.
