About the estate
Established in 2008, the Domaine la Siraniere estate is located in the AOC Minervois, Cru La Livinière appellation within the Languedoc-Roussillon region and is currently undergoing conversion to organic farming. The winery cultivates four hectares of vineyards split between the heights of La Livinière and the foothills of Siran. The plots are situated on the southern slopes of the Black Mountain and are planted predominantly with Grenache noir and Syrah, complemented by old Carignan and Cinsault vines. Production relies on manual harvesting in crates, destemming, cold maceration, and temperature-controlled vinification in stainless steel tanks, alongside barrel aging for specific cuvées. The resulting wines reflect the regional terroir and pair well with game and traditional southern French dishes.
