About the estate

The Chateau Sainte Eulalie estate is situated on the southern slope of the Montagne Noire in the Languedoc region and covers 40 hectares of vineyards. The terraced vineyards lie at an altitude of 250 meters with a southern exposure and are sheltered from northern winds. The soils are predominantly clay-limestone with a high manganese content and are covered with stones that regulate moisture and prevent erosion. The estate operates organically, producing wines under the La Livinière, Minervois, and IGP Pays d'Oc appellations.
