About the estate
The Domaine de la Senche estate is run by a Norwegian family in the heart of the village of La Livinière in Languedoc. From four hectares of vineyards, they produce small quantities of around 11,000 bottles of wine per year as well as artisanal olive oil. The property started converting to organic farming in 2020 and is now certified organic after a three-year conversion period. Operations also focus on manual work, and all harvesting is done entirely by hand. Furthermore, the team works closely together with a reputable oenologist.
