About the estate
The Domaine de Cantaussel estate was founded in 1995 by Claude and Jean-Luc Bohler near the Montagne Noire in the Languedoc region. Across ten hectares of vineyards, the estate cultivates plots featuring limestone-clay and sandstone soils on the Petit Causse. The grape variety portfolio includes red varieties such as Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Mourvèdre, and Cinsault, alongside white Vermentino. Vineyard management follows sustainable and organic practices with exclusively hand-harvested grapes. Vinification takes place in a modern gravity-fed cellar partially carved into the rock.
