About the estate
The Domaine Joseph Dorbon estate has been established in Vadans in the Jura region since 1996 and cultivates around three hectares of vineyards within the AOC Arbois. The south-east facing vineyards benefit from favorable sunlight and relatively early grape maturation. Great importance is placed on sustainable vineyard management, which includes the use of lightweight machinery, cover crops, mechanical soil cultivation and a strict limitation of fungicide treatments. Harvesting is done exclusively by hand and is complemented by rigorous grape sorting in the vineyards.
