About the estate
The Sas Chatillon estate is based in Poligny in the Jura region and was founded in 2013. The vineyard area covers plots in Arbois, Passenans, Monay, and Château-Chalon. The vineyards are cultivated organically and biodynamically with manual harvesting and without the use of chemical synthetic products. In the cellar, the wines are aged in historic cellars without filtration or fining. The portfolio includes various appellations such as AOC Côtes du Jura, Arbois, Crémant du Jura, and Macvin du Jura.
The eno directory lists 11 wines, mostly from Savagnin and Pinot Noir. The estate sells to horeca and retail. Export markets include Belgium and Italy.
