The family winery Caveau de Bacchus - Aviet Lucien & Fils manages a vineyard area of five hectares in Montigny-lès-Arsures in the Jura region. The estate specializes in the traditional and artisanal production of wines from the Arbois denomination. At the heart of the work is the cultivation of the Trousseau grape as the emblematic variety of the village.
