About the estate
The family-run Domaine du Vieux Chai is managed in its fifth generation and is located in the southern region of the Haut-Languedoc around the hamlet of Ceps. Spanning ten hectares of vineyards, the estate cultivates plots of both old and trellised vines that are predominantly classified under the AOC Saint-Chinian denomination. Winemaking takes place in a traditional cellar, and the harvest is bottled by hand. The estate's portfolio of grape varieties includes Viognier, Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Aramon, and Cinsault, among others.
The eno directory lists 7 wines, mostly from Grenache and Syrah.
