About the estate

The family-run Domaine de Pajot estate is located in the heart of the Gers region on the sunny clay-limestone hillsides of Gascony. For four generations, the Barreau family has managed the property, which has been certified organic since 2001 and incorporates ecological grazing and biodiversity practices. On these lively soils, the estate cultivates grape varieties such as Sauvignon, Colombard, Ugni Blanc, Gros Manseng, Pinot Noir, Grenache, Syrah, Merlot, and Tannat. In the cellar, gentle vinification is practiced to preserve the freshness and fruit character of the grapes. The portfolio includes IGP Côtes de Gascogne wines, Floc de Gascogne, and Armagnac.
