About the estate
The Domaine de Péré estate is located in the heart of Bas-Armagnac in Bourrouillan and traces its history back to 1552. Run by the same family for centuries, it is noted as the oldest Armagnac estate to remain in family hands since its inception. Today, Pierre Dufréchou and his daughter Margaux manage 115 hectares of vineyards planted exclusively with white grape varieties. The production focuses on traditionally crafted Armagnacs aged in oak barrels. The portfolio includes the AOC Armagnac, AOC Bas-Armagnac, and Côtes de Gascogne IGP denominations.
