About the estate
The Domaine des Persenades estate, which has been family-owned since 1650, is located in Cazeneuve in the heart of the Armagnac region and produces wines within the AOC Armagnac denomination. The spirits are traditionally distilled in a wood-fired alembic and are based on the grape varieties Colombard, Baco and Ugni-blanc from the Ténarèze plateau. The product range includes armagnacs such as VSOP, Hors d'âge and various vintages, as well as fruit liqueurs made from fresh fruits. Aged in oak barrels, the spirits are characterised by finesse and suppleness.
The eno directory lists 16 wines, mostly from Colombard and Baco.
