About the estate

The Domaine de Montbourgeau estate is located in the heart of the L’Etoile appellation and covers eleven hectares of vineyards. The family-run winery spans three generations, with the fourth generation already participating in the operations. Vineyard management emphasizes respect for the land and soil, incorporating alternative soil cultivation with grass cover and green manures for the past fifteen years. Harvesting is done entirely by hand, which is followed by traditional vinification methods. In addition to the established cuvées, the younger generation continuously experiments with new single-plot wines.
