About the estate
The Domaine les pieds sur terre estate is located in Poligny in the heart of the Jura region and has been managed by Valentin Morel since 2014. Spanning 7.5 hectares of vineyards, the team cultivates the parcels using organic and biodynamic agriculture. Individual terroirs such as Les Trouillots, Saint-Savin, and En Bois d’Arnaux feature diverse soil compositions including marl, limestone, and clay. The vineyards are planted with traditional regional grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Savagnin, Trousseau, and Poulsard. The winery produces wines under the AOC Côtes du Jura denomination with a strong focus on nature-oriented practices.

Le nez très aromatique est étonnant. En bouche, la macération pratiquée sur ce vin lui apporte un caractère très tannique, et offre de belles amertumes en fin de bouche.
