Über den Betrieb
Das Weingut Domaine de la Senche wird von einer norwegischen Familie im Zentrum des Ortes La Livinière im Languedoc geführt. Auf einer Rebfläche von vier Hektar werden jährlich rund 11.000 Flaschen Wein sowie artisanalem Olivenöl produziert. Der Betrieb hat im Jahr 2020 mit der Umstellung auf ökologischen Landbau begonnen und ist nach dreijähriger Konversion mittlerweile bio-zertifiziert. Bei der Bewirtschaftung liegt der Fokus auf manuellen Arbeitsprozessen, und sämtliche Trauben werden per Hand gelesen. Zudem arbeitet das Team eng mit einem renommierten Önologen zusammen.
