The Chateau Pepusque estate is located in Languedoc-Roussillon and cultivates a terroir of alluvial terraces featuring gravelly, filtering zones and outcropping rocks. The vineyard hosts a variety of grape cultivars such as Syrah, Grenache, Viognier, Vermentino, Mourvèdre, Carignan, Sauvignon, and Cinsault, planted according to the specific traits of each plot. The winery operates under the Terra Vitis network supporting sustainable development and holds the highest level 3 certification for Haute Valeur Environnementale. Working methods include manual harvesting, night harvesting for white and rosé grapes, and carbonic maceration for certain red grape varieties.
