About the estate
The Domaine de l'Orviel estate is situated at the foot of the Cévennes massif and covers 25 hectares of vineyards. The hillside plots feature sun-drenched clay-limestone soils that provide an exceptional terroir. After working as the estate's consulting oenologist for many years, Adrien Debaud took over the winery. The estate practices sustainable agriculture, with grapes harvested both mechanically and manually depending on the cuvée. Vinification takes place using gravity flow, temperature control, and a barrel cellar for aging selected white and red wines.
