About the estate

The Domaine Chabrier et Fils estate looks back on a family history that began in 1925 with the establishment of Louis Chabrier in Bourdic in Languedoc. Today, the estate is managed across generations and covers 70 hectares of vineyards featuring a mosaic of soils such as limestone, marl, and gravel. The grape varieties cultivated for production include Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Cinsault, and Viognier, which are crafted into wines under various designations including the AOC Duché d'Uzès. Vinification is carried out on a parcel-by-parcel basis with tailored techniques, while the aging of high-end cuvées takes place in an underground cellar using large oak vats and barrels.
