About the estate

The Rollsdorfer Mühle estate is located in the Mansfelder Seen district of the Saale-Unstrut wine region, where viticulture was first documented in 973. Situated at the foot of the vineyards is the listed mill building, which was first mentioned in 1472 and has been comprehensively restored in recent years. Visitors can taste the winery's wines during tastings held in the historical red sandstone vaulted cellar or on the vineyard terrace. Vineyard tours including cellar tours are also available upon request.
