About the estate

The Weingut Bernard Pawis GbR estate cultivates twelve hectares of vineyards in the Saale-Unstrut region and offers a portfolio featuring thirty different wines made from fifteen grape varieties. In addition to white and red wines, the range includes spirits, traditional method sparkling wine, and grape juice. The vineyards extend from Himmelreich to Edelacker in Freyburg (Unstrut)-Zscheiplitz. A dedicated wine shop located in a renovated former horse stable and a seasonal tavern complement the operations of the estate, which was founded in 1991.

The eno directory lists 22 wines, mostly from Riesling and Pinot Blanc. The estate sells to horeca and retail.
