About the estate
The Château de Raissac estate is located in the heart of Languedoc on the terraces of Béziers and has been owned by the Viennet family since 1828. Spanning fifty hectares of vineyards, the sixth generation cultivates a mosaic of diverse terroirs. The grape varieties are carefully matched to their specific soils and microclimates to produce expressive varietal wines and subtle blends. Vinification and aging take place in a modernized cellar carved into limestone rock in the seventeenth century, providing constant temperature and humidity. These wines, produced under the AOP Languedoc and IGP Pays d'Oc appellations, are appreciated in numerous countries.
