About the estate
The Torre Ca’ Bianca estate is situated below the walls of the Castello di Serravalle in Emilia-Romagna and was founded through the dedication of young winemaker Alessandro Fedrizzi. The winery cultivates more than 25 hectares of vineyards in the Colli Bolognesi, following an ecological and sustainable approach focused on natural vineyard management, minimal chemical treatments, and biodiversity. The portfolio includes historic grape varieties such as Barbera, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Pignoletto, yielding both fresh, approachable wines and more structured bottlings. Shaped by the craftsmanship of a young team, the estate's wines are now appreciated far beyond the local borders.
The eno directory lists 8 wines, mostly from Pignoletto and Chardonnay.
