About the estate
The Manaresi winery is located in Zola Predosa in Emilia-Romagna and dates back to 1986, when the Agostoni-Manaresi family moved to the hills. Across a total property area including vineyards, the estate cultivates grapes for appellations such as Colli Bolognesi DOC and Colli Bolognesi Pignoletto DOCG. The history of the property is closely connected to the artist Paolo Manaresi, to whom the winery is dedicated. Following extensive renovations and the construction of a modern cellar, the first estate-vinified and bottled wines were produced in 2009. Today, the estate operates under organic farming standards.
