The TERRAQUILIA IL METODO ANCESTRALE da Vigne in Alta Quota estate is located in Guiglia in the Emilia-Romagna region and was founded in 2004. Set in a mountain environment at an altitude of approximately 490 meters, the winery cultivates several plots with varying soil compositions and exposures. The cultivated grape varieties include Lambrusco Grasparossa, Pignoletto, Trebbiano, Malbo Gentile, Sangiovese, and the native Verdicchio di Guiglia. Vinification follows natural ancestral methods with spontaneous bottle refermentation and disgorgement à la volée. The wines are aged in a modern, eco-sustainable cellar facility and distributed internationally.
