About the estate
The La Mancina estate is located in the Terre di Montebudello area in Emilia-Romagna and is run by the family. The property was established in 1964 by Franco Zanetti, who gradually converted the estate from cattle breeding to viticulture. Today, Francesca Zanetti manages production, supported by her father Luciano in the company management. The focus of the winery includes the preservation of historic vineyards and working with the regional grape varieties Grechetto Gentile, also known as Pignoletto, and Barbera. Since 2019, the winery has been a member of the Federazione Italiana Vignaioli Indipendenti.
The eno directory lists 2 wines, mostly from Grechetto Gentile and Chardonnay.
