About the estate
The Mas Onesime estate is located in the Hérault department in the hamlet of La Liquière within the municipality of Cabrerolles, managing twenty hectares of vineyards in the AOC Faugères and IGP Pays d'Oc appellations. The south-facing vineyards sit at an altitude of three hundred meters on soils composed of schist and clay-limestone. The grape varieties cultivated include Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Carignan, Chardonnay, and Marsanne. The winery operates according to biodynamic principles to promote soil microbial life and strengthen vine resilience. The wines are aged in stainless steel tanks or barrels and distributed via the estate's online shop.
