About the estate
The Château des Estanilles estate is located in Cabrerolles and is considered one of the pioneering properties of the Faugères appellation in Languedoc-Roussillon. The winery manages 40 hectares of vineyards and produces organic as well as biodynamic wines. The team led by owner Julien Seydoux places great emphasis on protecting biodiversity and the ecosystem in the vineyard. In the cellar, vinification is followed by parcel-specific maturation of the wines in foudres, demi-muids, or barrels.
