About the estate
The Domaine Florence Alquier estate manages 20 hectares of vineyards within the Faugères appellation in the Languedoc region. The property is managed by three individuals dedicated to preserving the agricultural heritage through sustainable and ethical farming practices. The vines are cultivated on a homogeneous schist terroir in the foothills of the Cévennes within the Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park. In the cellar, a combination of tradition and innovation is applied, utilizing small tanks for parcel-by-parcel vinification to produce precise blends. The estate received the organic agriculture certification in the year 2020.

On the nose, this 2024 first presents us with white flowers (hawthorn and jasmine), followed by candied pineapple. The palate is generous, with a combination of minerality and freshness.
