Chateau Chenaie

About the estate

The Chateau Chenaie estate is located in Caussiniojouls in the south of France, situated between the Mediterranean Sea and the foothills of the Cévennes on the schist soils of the Faugères appellation. Run by the Chabbert family for more than six generations, the winery is currently managed by Éric, Cyril, Cathy, Adrien, and Gauthier. The vineyards have an average age of 35 years, including old Carignan vines that are over 90 years old. The estate works respectfully with nature and holds the Haute Valeur Environnementale level 3 certification. In addition to wine, the property produces artisanal olive oils.
