About the estate

The Mas des Cabres estate is situated in the Languedoc region between Nimes and Montpellier on the initial foothills of the Cevennes. The name of the winery refers to a local place name from the 18th century where goats were raised. The vineyards are managed by the eighth generation of winemakers, who farm entirely organically. Meticulous work in the vineyard and the cellar brings out all the flavors of these remarkable terroirs from a preserved natural environment. The production includes appellations such as AOC Languedoc, AOC Languedoc Sommieres, Cevennes IGP and IGP Pays d'Oc.
