About the estate
The Mas de Carrat estate is located in the south of France within the AOC Languedoc Saint-Drézéry appellation. The vineyard covers 16 hectares of contiguous land where Syrah, black Grenache, white Grenache, Carignan, and Roussanne are cultivated. The soils of the hillside vineyard are characterized by limestone veins and galets roulés. The winery practices sustainable viticulture and obtained organic certification in 2022. In the cellar, each parcel is vinified independently with minimal or no additives, followed by maturation in French oak barrels.
