About the estate

The La Zerba estate is situated in the Ligurian-Piedmontese Apennines within the hilly zone surrounding Gavi, with its vineyards covering an area of twelve hectares forming a single plot around the winery. Since 1973, the family has dedicated itself to viticulture, passing down knowledge from generation to generation. The winery operates entirely organically, relying on mechanical weeding, organic manure, and cover cropping. Its wines reflect the terroir of the Tassarolo subzone and are characterized by strong structures, minerality, and intense fruit aromas.
