About the estate
Established in 1878, the ENRICO SERAFINO Srl winery is located in Canale, Piedmont, and spans 60 hectares of vineyards. The Krause Gentile family currently operates the estate as a traditional artisan winery situated in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage regions of Langhe, Roero, and Monferrato. The production encompasses wines and sparkling wines from various regional appellations, including Barolo DOCG, Barbaresco DOCG, and Alta Langa DOCG. The operational approach combines meticulous craftsmanship with extensive experience in producing distinctive Piedmontese wines.
