The La Tollara estate is located on the hills of Piacenza in the Val d’Arda and was established in 2003. The winery relies exclusively on estate-grown grapes, rigorous selection, low yields, and manual harvest. The portfolio includes wines such as the sweet red passito Fra Diavolo and the dry red wine Giorgione, which is produced from dried grapes. The production method combines traditional respect for the land with advanced techniques to create wines with a strong local identity.
