The Monteverdi estate was originally founded by Ugo Lombardelli and is managed today by a family in Ponte Dell'Olio in Emilia-Romagna. The vineyards cover thirty hectares on the slopes of three hills in the Colli Piacentini. The grape variety portfolio includes traditional varieties such as Ortrugo, Malvasia, Barbera, and Bonarda, alongside international varieties like Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon blanc.
